I'm Francesco Fareri and I would like to show you an alternate picking/string skipping example. The exercise starts on the E low strings with A, B, C# (5-7-9) then skip a string and play G, A, B, A, G (5-7-9-7-5) then slide with your index to A (5sl7) and continue to pick on the same string on A, B, C# (7-9-11); the exercise is based on alternate picking on one string and slide to the next pattern, do the same in ascending and descending.
