FAQ

Q. So i can just post a load of junk and get rewards?!
A. No! We have 3 forum moderators and anyone spotted to be spamming the forum with a few words-per-post to just get rewards will lose their right to the rewards. The rewards are for creating a good community - not a bad one!

Q. If i want the $20 voucher, does that mean i won't get the free sticker, $5 voucher or $10 voucher?
A. No, you are entitled to each of these rewards - so someone who makes 1000 posts will get a free sticker, a $5 voucher, a $10 voucher, $15 voucher, a $20 voucher and 10% off all future shop purchases. The exception is at 2000 posts, where your 10% discount is upgraded to 15%, rather than added together to make 25%.

Q. How do i redeem my reward?
A. As soon as you reach the required posts (or within 20 posts) you must email us using the contact page and we will arrange the reward with you on a personal basis via email. If you do not let us know within 20 posts of meeting the reward qualification, you will lose your right to claim that reward. This is so we can easily keep track of who has and has not claimed their rewards. All rewards must be claimed at the point of the requirement being met, vouchers may be kept for later, but must be used invidually.

Q. I have been on the forum for a while before this started - what about me?
A. You are entitled to claim rewards too, starting from the next barrier you reach!

We reserve the right to withdraw this scheme at any time. Anyone close to a reward will be able to discuss a private extension.
